We will accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Items need to be unwashed, unused, and must be in their original condition.  If the product was damaged upon arrival. Kindly send an email to sales@isleep.sg or click the WhatsApp icon to contact our customer service. The buyer needs to send valid proof such as the photo of the item, order number, and receipt.

We don’t accept RETURNS for the cases below:

  • Over 7 days from receiving the item
  • Removed original packaging, used, washed or damaged caused by buyer
  • All the vacuum-packed item which is removed from its original packaging
  • Sending item without prior contact

Yes. If you received damaged, wrong color, size, item, missing accessories, or stain, instead of return, you can request for an exchange. Make sure to send a message to the seller with the proof; (photo of the item, order number, and receipt). The seller will contact you as soon as possible.

 

NOTE: If the mistake is on the seller’s side, we will directly come to your doorstep to exchange the item.

If the mistake is on the buyer’s side, you need to come to our office to exchange the item. If you request the seller to deliver, shipping fee will be charged.
